Waiver

Release of Liablity and Waiver of Claims

I, the dog owner ("owner"), engaging the services of Duck Dog Kennels ("DDK"), agree to hold DDK, its agents, owners, employees and their heirs, harmless from any claims by the owner arising out of or related to the training of the owner's dog excepting claims based on the reckless or intentional misconduct of DDK.

DDK's maximum liability will be limited to $1000. Owner also agrees to the co-mingling of DDK dogs as well as other owners' dogs in a free time period where all dogs play and exercise as part of their learning experience.

Owner also agrees to pay or reimburse DDK for any out of pocket veterinarian expenses scheduled or on an emergency basis. All expenses incurred by DDK for the benefit of the owner including training, medications, and vet expenses will be paid before the dog is released. Any animal which incurs a 60 day past due account will become the property of DDK.
